Can I request a different colour for my soutache jewellery?
Yes — many of our soutache designs can be made in a different colour combination on request. Get in touch with us at hello@creativelibra.com before placing your order and we'll let you know if it's possible and how it may affect your delivery time.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. From dispatch, UK delivery takes 1–2 working days, Europe 5–7 working days, and the rest of the world 7–10 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Full details are on our Shipping & Tracking page.
How do I look after my soutache jewellery?
Soutache jewellery is delicate handmade work, so a little care goes a long way: avoid contact with water, perfume and lotions, don't pull or tug on the braid, and store each piece separately — a small pouch or box works well — so the cord doesn't tangle or crease against other jewellery.
How much do the earrings weigh?
Despite their bold, statement look, our soutache earrings are designed to be lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear — the cord-and-thread construction keeps them far lighter than they appear.
Are the ear wires hypoallergenic?
Our soutache and other non-amber earrings are made with anti-allergic alloy ear wires, and our sterling silver & Baltic amber pieces use S925 sterling silver. If you have a specific sensitivity, we're happy to swap the ear wire for a hypoallergenic option for a small additional charge — just let us know when ordering.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Orders from outside the UK may be subject to customs charges depending on your country. Full details are on our Shipping & Tracking page.
What is your returns policy?
You can return or exchange your order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery; after that we offer store credit. This doesn't apply to custom-made items or sale items, which are final. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging — see our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Yes — every piece already ships in a Creative Libra branded gift box, and you can add gift wrapping at checkout for a small additional fee. See our Shipping Boxes page for more.
