What Should I Do If My Item Gets Damaged?
All our jewellery and accessories are hand made. If your item will get damaged, please contact us. We will fix it or replace it for additional charge.
That does not include a miss use of the accessory or intentional damage.
Any accessory that becomes damaged as a result of anything other than normal wear and tear will be reviewed and refunds or exchanges will be at our discretion. Any queries should be sent to hello@creativelibra.com with the original order number included.
How Long Do I Have to Return or Refund My Purchase?
Items can be returned and exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After this period store credit will be offered. That does not include custom made items.
Can Sale Items Be Refunded?
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
How Should I Return My Order?
All items sent for the purposes of a refund or exchange must be received by Creative Libra in an unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.
Partial refunds may be granted if items are missing parts or damaged.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of items returned for refunds and exchanges unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for items over £50.
On receipt of your item, you will receive notification of your refund status. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed to your original method of payment.
