When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. This email is automatically generated as soon as you place your order and should arrive within a few hours. Be sure to check your spam or filters in case it gets trapped but always feel free to reach out if you have any issues or concerns.

As soon as your package is dispatched you will receive another email with the tracking number for your order.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we use a range of logistics partners and can ship anywhere in the world. Some extremely remote locations that do not have standard delivery routes may incur additional shipping charges however this is extremely rare.

 

Why is my order shipping in 3 days?

We are a small group of designers, and we ship orders twice a week. If you want your order to be shipped as soon as possible, please contact us.

No, if you order within a UK. Yes, if you order from abroad country. Charges will depend on country you ordering from.
